Stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and was pleasantly surprised. the room had a cool Cuban vibe, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the place was quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable! 🌴.

Great location! It's within walking distance to bars and restaurants, so you won't have trouble finding a bite to eat or a fun place to hang out. Plus, there's a cool spot nearby called Bar Cafeteria Malu where you can just relax and unwind 😊.

Honestly no complains at all. The hotel is FABULOUS with fairly clean area and very friendly and competent stuff. Reasonable location in city centre, and 10 minute walk from Plaza Charco.

Reasonably priced hotel, the idea of having twin room was great. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a balcony. It was neat, and employees were professional. The location was reasonably priced, very close to Close to the bus stop, centre, and Tenerife for years. You guys made our stay real good.

Convenient location, within easy walking distance to everything around 🚶. the staff here is super friendly and welcoming! the rooms overlook an inner courtyard, which gives a nice view and some peace and quiet.

The old guy at the front desk was nice, although he didn't speak english. It was close to the city center.

The water was barely warm and the pressure was too low to have a normal shower. I booked this hotel only because it was written that it has Wi fi and parking place but there were none (but man at the reception gave us an internet cabel to plug in).

Very fine hotel to the price

The location was perfect, only a 10-15 minutes' walk from Playa del Muelle Fishing Pier. You could easily walk to the main shopping center and supermarkets. - the rooms were tidy and bright, equipped with Wi-Fi, storage space, and a TV set. - Everything was good.

the location is nice, close to the town centre as well as the volcano, we appreciated it.

the Shower facilities are very old, and the hot water comes out terribly slowly, and even is not warm at all.

The room was exceptionally clean and bright with a stylish Cuban decor. the location in a residential area was perfect, close to the main shopping center and supermarkets. - There was a nearby cafe offering quick meals.

I was clean and comfortable, Ideal for what we wanted.

Should say that it is on a hill. Steps if you walk. We got taxi up 3 euro.
